The customer has the right to cancel the order before delivering his cargo to the shipping company.
If you cancel the order after payment has been made through the approved payment platforms and the order is pre-shipped, the product amount will only be transferred and the shipping costs will be deducted after the product is received from the shipping company and this takes up to 14 working days from the date the product is shipped. In case the order is canceled after shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted and refund the remain.
